GOLDEN - Today, Governor Polis is signing legislation into law to continue making bold progress toward achieving 100% renewable energy by 2040. 

GRAND JUNCTION - Today, Governor Polis delivered commencement addresses to the graduating class of Colorado Mesa University and is signing legislation into law in Grand Junction, Clifton, Rifle, Edwards, Glenwood Springs and Eagle County. 

PINE - Today, Governor Polis signed bills into law at Staunton State Park to support local governments and Colorado’s world-class state parks system and wildlife.

LONGMONT - Today, Governor Polis signed the following legislation into law.

PUEBLO - Governor Polis and his administration applauded the U.S. Department of Energy for awarding funding to the Colorado School of Mines to develop a regional CO2 storage hub to address emissions from cement, hydrogen, and power plants, including geologic characterization efforts at two sites in Colorado’s Pueblo region. This funding is a result of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Act. Governor Polis was one of the first governors in the country to support this transformational legislation, which  Congress passed with support from the majority of Colorado’s federal delegation.  The Governor and Will Toor Executive Director of the Colorado Energy Office supported the application for this federal funding. 

COLORADO SPRINGS -  Governor Polis congratulated Mayor-elect Yemi Mobolade and thanked Coloradans in the community for voting and participating in democracy.

Congratulations to Mayor-elect Yemi Mobolade on his victory and I look forward to working with the Mayor-elect to help save people money in Colorado Springs, make Colorado one of the ten safest states, and move Colorado Springs forward,” said Governor Polis.
