The Air Water Quality Control Commission consists of nine members with staggered 3-year terms. Commission members are appointed by the Governor, subject to confirmation by the Colorado Senate.  The following members’ terms expire January 31, 2019:  Will Toor (finishing his second term) and Jana Milford (finishing her second term).

The Colorado Air Pollution Control Act requires that members be appointed so as to include persons with appropriate scientific, technical, industrial, labor, agricultural, and legal training or with experience on the commission.
