Gov. Polis Takes Action Related to Fuel Supply 

DENVER - Governor Polis extended an Executive Order due to ongoing fuel supply chain risk. In December, the Governor took swift action to verbally declare a disaster emergency due to fuel supply chain risk as a result of Suncor’s temporary shutdown. The Executive Order memorializing this verbal declaration was renewed in January and today’s action extends this declaration.
