Licensing and Designation Survey Guide

The Licensing and Designation Survey Guide is to assist providers with preparing for OBH licensing and designation site reviews, but does not encompass all applicable regulations. Licensed and/or designated agencies are responsible for abiding by all applicable rules within 2 CCR 502-1 as well as statutory mandates. It is recommended that appropriate individuals within each agency review the rules often and conduct internal audits throughout the year to ensure regulatory compliance.
