Governor Polis Takes Action to Address COVID-19,  Signs Executive Order

DENVER - Governor Jared Polis amended and extended an Executive Order in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and amended an Executive Order. 
 

Governor Polis amended and extended an Executive Order regarding Protect Our Neighbors and the State’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 
 

The Governor also signed an Executive Order amending Executive Order B 2019 006, changing the date that the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is required to report progress made on the implementation of Executive Order B 2019 006 from June 18, 2020, to September 1, 2020. This amendment is necessary due to CDPHE’s role in responding to COVID-19 in Colorado.
