Governor Polis Signs Bills Into Law

DENVER - Yesterday, Governor Polis signed three bipartisan bills into law. 

Governor Polis signed the following bills into law:

• HB24-1146 - Medicaid Provider Suspension for Organized Fraud, sponsored by Representatives Shannon Bird and Rick Taggart, and Senators Jeff Bridges and Rachel Zenzinger. 

• HB24-1090 - Privacy Protections Criminal Justice Records, sponsored by Representatives Brianna Titone and Naquetta Ricks, and Senators Tony Exum and Rhonda Fields. 

• HB24-1020 - Enactment of CRS 2023, sponsored by Representatives Matt Soper and Javier Mabrey, and Senators Bob Gardner and Chris Hansen.
