Governor Polis Signs Bill Into Law

DENVER - Today, Governor Polis administratively signed the bipartisan HB24-1179, 2023 Property Tax Year Updated Abstract, sponsored by Representatives Chris deGruy Kennedy and Lisa Frizell, and Senators Chris Hansen and Mark Baisley. 

This bill clarifies property tax deadlines for county assessors following state action to save Coloradans money on property taxes during the 2023 special session.
