Gov. Polis orders flags lowered to honor former Colorado legislator Leo Lucero
DENVER — Gov. Jared Polis today ordered the United States and Colorado flags be lowered to half-staff statewide on all public buildings from sunrise to sunset tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019, to honor former Colorado legislator, Leo Lucero. Lucero served in the legislature for 14 years.
Lucero passed on Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019. A service will be held tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019 in Pueblo.
