Gov. Polis orders flags lowered to honor Colorado State Patrol trooper killed in the line of duty

DENVER — Gov. Jared Polis today ordered flags be lowered to half-staff statewide on all public buildings immediately, until sunset on the day of the memorial service, to honor Colorado State Trooper William Moden.
