Gov. Polis Signs Bipartisan Bill Into Law Making Behavioral Health Care More Accessible for Coloradans

DENVER — Today, Governor Polis signed bipartisan legislation into law to break down barriers to behavioral health care for Coloradans. Gov. Polis signed in ceremony the bipartisan HB23-1071, Licensed Psychologist Prescriptive Authority, sponsored by Representatives Judy Amabile and Mary Bradfield, Senate President Steve Fenberg and Senator Cleave Simpson.

Governor Polis also signed the following bills into law administratively:

  • SB23-019 Out-of-state Online Retail Vehicle Purchases - Representatives Andrew Boesenecker, Lisa Frizell, Senators Chris Kolker, Cleave Simpson
