Pay your Colorado Parks and Wildlife citation online

You have received a PENALTY ASSESSMENT citation pursuant to 33-6-104 or 33-15-102 CRS as amended. You are required to pay to Colorado Parks and Wildlife within twenty (20) days from date of issue, the total amount due as indicated on your citation, or appear in county court. Payment of the fine specified shall be considered an acknowledgement of guilt of the offense for which the penalty assessment or citation was paid. All applicable license suspension points shall be assessed.

General Information:

  • This online citation payment application will allow you to pay your Colorado Parks and Wildlife penalty assessment.
  • It can take 2 to 5 business days for citations to be entered into this application.
  • If it has been less than 5 days since the citation was issued to you, please check back soon. If it has been more than 5 days since the citation was issued, you may contact the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Law Enforcement Records office at 303-291-7253 for more information.
  • Please allow 3 business days for your citation payment to be reflected.

  • Payment must be made within 20 days of the citation's issue date.
