2019 Renewal Invoices/Statements have been issued by email to all licensed businesses and vacation home and bed and breakfast registrations. All renewals are due no later than March 31, 2019. Vacation homes which do not register by March 31, 2019 shall forfeit their registration and are subject to reapplication and cap limits.

**The CAP for residential-zoned vacation homes was reached on May 4, 2018. At present there are 34 residential-zoned vacation home registrations on the wait-list for processing. Please note there is not a limit on the number of commercial-zoned vacation home registrations.**
A Bed and Breakfast Registration is required for the temporary lodging of guests in a residential dwelling unit that is rented, leased or occupied for accommodations purposes and is operator-occupied on a fulltime basis.

Note: Applicants filing as a sole proprietor must complete an Affidavit of Lawful Presence with any business application submitted to the Clerk's office.
Local Marketing Tax District Information:
Lodging owners or their management companies, who lease or rent rooms and accommodations for less than 30 days, must collect and remit the local marketing district tax. Local marketing tax applies to hotels, motels, condominiums and camping spaces, and in some areas houses, guest ranches and mobile homes.
