The Town of Pitkin Citizen of the Year (for 2018) nominations are now being accepted for consideration at the October 14th Regular Town Meeting! Please submit your nominations in writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org or P.O. Box 9, Pitkin, CO 81241.
A special election will be held on Tuesday, November 19th, 2019, to select an individual to serve as Trustee for the remainder of the April 2018- April 2020 term. The election will be held as a polling place election. To be eligible to vote in this election, you must be at least 18 years of age; be a citizen of the United States; have been a resident of the Town of Pitkin for at least 22 days preceding the election; and be registered to vote in the Town of Pitkin on Election Day.

Important Election Dates:
Friday, September 13, 2019 - Nominating petitions available from the Town Clerk; Absentee ballot applications are available from the Town Clerk
Thursday, Octover 3, 2019 - Nominating petitions are due by the close of business (5pm)
Friday, November 15, 2019 - Last day to submit applications for absentee ballots
Tuesday, November 19, 2019 - Election day; Polls will be open from 7am-7pm
