The Park Forest Water District (PFWD) is a special district that provides safe and dependable drinking water in the Park Forest Estates subdivision in Black Forest, Colorado.
Mission Statement
Your Park Forest Water District Mission is to provide a safe and dependable drinking water supply, on a non-profit basis, to the Park Forest Estates Residents and to all customers within our service area. In providing this service the District seeks to provide abundant and affordable drinking water in a manner that promotes efficient and reliable service. Recognizing that our water resources, valuable for maintaining property values and residential welfare, will no doubt be limited in the future.
Park Forest Water District Goals include providing the highest quality water at the lowest reasonable price, assuring reliability of water sources, storage, and distribution. The District is constantly planning for present and future preservation of a most precious resource through prudent financial, volunteer management and long term regional planning to ensure future generations will be served.

You can now pay PFWD water bill online. A portal administration fee for credit card payments or electronic check payments will be charged and retained by the Portal (not the District). The service fee is $.75 plus 2.25% of the order total for credit payments or $1 for electronic checks.
There is NOW AUTOPAY AVAILABLE!! AutoPay Enrollment is here! We are excited to announce that we will be offering AutoPay for your monthly water payments. If you would like to sign up for AutoPay please complete and return the attached form by email, drop box or mail. Please contact us with any questions.
What is AutoPay? AutoPay automatically pays your bill on the due date each month directly from your bank account.

Announcements
April 17th, 2024:
The Tobin Rd project will begin on April 29, 2024 and will go until May 29th 2024. Tobin Rd will be closed from Chrigiton Rd to Thomas Rd. with detours to use Hungate Rd. and Chrigiton Rd.’s. (Traffic control plan attached). There will be periodic temporary water outages on Tobin Rd. ( in the work area) during this period.
