Board of Directors Biography
Reid, and his wife Cari, have five children and have lived in the Triview Metropolitan District since 2001. Reid works as an IT Engineer for a Fortune 500 financial services company where he is responsible for data storage strategies and capacity planning. He has worked in a variety of roles related to Information Technology and Customer Services, and is currently enrolled as a student seeking additional education on IT. He has served on the Triview Board of Directors since 2013. In his spare time he enjoys backpacking, caving, and volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America and at his church.
Col. Mark Melville, retired, is a 1983 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, and former Commander of the 22nd Air Refueling Squadron, 366th Wing, Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho and the 92nd Operations Group Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. He served a joint assignment as Transportation Plans Officer, U.S. Central Command area specialist, at U.S. Transportation Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill. Prior to attending the Advanced Study of Air Mobility at McGuire Air Force Base, N.J., he served as Assistant Operations Officer, 97th Training Squadron, Central Flight instructor Course, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma. He was assigned to the 1703rd Air Refueling Wing (Provisional) during Desert Shield and Desert Storm, at King Khalid International Airport in Saudi Arabia, where he flew 40 combat support sorties. He flew as a Combat Crew Training Squadron KC-135 instructor at Castle Air Force Base, Calif. He began his Air Force career as a T-38 Instructor Pilot, at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas.
James, has lived in the Triview Metropolitan District with his wife and child since 2014. James was born in Black Forest, and has lived in Colorado his entire life. He graduated from Colorado State University, in Fort Collins, CO with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, he works as a Technical Product Manager at Skyline Products. His day to day activities, include new product development, product maintenance, sales support, product cost analysis, and a variety of other functions. He also enjoys a variety of motor sports, camping, computers , and working with his hands.
James Otis is a Health Systems Manager for the Department of Veterans Affairs. An Army veteran, his background is in Logistics Operations & Water Purification and Distribution. He holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration from the University of Denver and is a Certified Small Business Mentor. In his spare time he researches the quality of Colorado's "solid" water reserves at such locations as Monarch Mountain, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Vail.
Marco moved to Colorado Springs with his wife Ann-Marie in the summer of 2010. They have two wonderful children and two rescue dogs that keep them entertained and quite busy. Marco retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service and multiple moves around the world. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in History and his interests include reading, skiing, the outdoors, cooking and traveling. When not at Board meetings he is a stay-at-home Dad holding the fort down while his better half conquers the world.
