OPENING DAY FOR SKIING POSTPONED
ICE RINK IS OPEN!
- GROOMING REPORT
- Groomed 12/7/18, 11:01 am: KMRA Nordic Loop, Memorial Park Nordic Loop with north and south bridges, Rainbow Route.
- OPENING DAY POSTPONED
- While we got a fair amount of snow this past weekend, at present there is only a 4 inch base, which is not enough to open the ski hill safely. The ski hill has been groomed to pack down and preserve the snow we do have. Our staff is at the ready, and now we are just waiting on Mother Nature to deliver more of the white stuff. Stay tuned to this page or the Kendall Facebook page for the latest opening day updates.
NIGHT SKIING RETURNS!
- Night skiing will return to Kendall Mountain Ski Area this winter, with the ski trails illuminated for night time fun on four special Saturdays throughout the season: December 22nd, January 19th, February 9th (with Snowscape Fireworks!) and March 23rd. Food vendors, beer and wine, a bonfire and a DJ will liven up each evening. Night skiing will run from 5 – 9 pm, and tickets are $25 adults, $17 kids/seniors, and children 5 and under ski free (day tickets, discount passes and season passes are not valid for night skiing).
ICE DISCO SKATING PARTY Join us for our new Ice Disco event the evening of Saturday February 23rd. This free ice skating party will run from 5 - 8 pm at Kendall’s ice rink, and feature a DJ spinning your favorite 70’s tunes, food, libations, and a costume contest!
WINTER TRAILS UPDATE New this season, the Town will be maintaining a loop of non-motorized winter trails in Memorial Park and at Kendall for skiing, snowshoeing, walking and fat biking! Regular grooming updates will be posted here and on the Kendall Facebook page. Download the Memorial Park Nordic Map here, the KMRA Nordic Map here, and the Town Loop Trail Map here. Please be sure to pick up after your pets!
