Ordinances 2013

Ordinance 2013-01 An Emergency Ordinance imposing a temporary moratorium of 180 days on the processing and approvalof any application for a permit or license related to the operation of a business that sells or produces recreational marijuana pursuant to the authority granted by Amendment 64 to the Colorado Constitution; directing the prompt investigation of the town's regulatory authority over such businesses; and setting details in regard thereto.

Ordinance 2013-02 An Ordinance for the regulation of traffic by the Town of Silverton; adopting by reference the 2010 edition of the "Model Traffic Code for Colorado" and certain modifications thereto; repealing all ordinances in conflict therewith; and providing penalties for violations thereto.
