Properties which are zoned residential are subject to the 588 cap approved by the Town Board and County Commissioners in 2016. The cap was met in May 2018. A waitlist is maintained by the Town Clerk’s office. All applications must meet all requirements of the regulations before they are added to the waitlist including all required signatures and proof of a sales tax license.

Vacation Home Registrations in commercial zoning districts are processed as received by the Town Clerk's office.
