The Town of Estes Park employs approximately 140 full-time and 50 seasonal employees. Our staff enjoys careers in the areas of Administration, Administrative Services, Community Development, Community Services, Cultural Services, Finance, Public Safety, Public Works, and Utilities, providing services to the Town's 6,000 permanent residents and the 3 million guests who visit here annually.
The Human Resources Division coordinates the recruitment and hiring of all Town personnel and administers benefits and safety programs in support of these employees.
