The Facilities Division acts as property manager to all publicly owned buildings and property. General government facilities that fall under the responsibilities of the Facilities Manager include:

The Facilities Manager responds to internal and external requests for maintenance, completing the tasks when appropriate. When needed, he engages contractors to complete the more complex projects. Facilities maintains all documents for contracted services and generates contracts for annual maintenance agreements which include janitorial services, downtown trash and recycling, and required preventative maintenance. The Facilities Manager oversees the efficient operation of all systems related to proper building function and is the designated ADA Coordinator for the Town of Estes Park.
Facilities Manager, Jon Landkamer, has been a full-time Estes Valley resident since 1986. He recently came to the Town of Estes Park, from the Estes Park Center, YMCA of the Rockies. Jon's career has been focused on facility management, and he led the maintenance team at the YMCA for 23 of his almost 30 years there. This broad base of experience will help Jon to develop the Facilities Division of the Town, and ensure quality services to the residents and visitors of Estes Park. Jon has been an active volunteer member of the Estes Valley Fire Protection District since 1991, and currently holds the rank of Assistant Chief and Dive Rescue Team Director.
