2015 IRC Plan Review Checklist
A Building Contractor License verifies qualifications of contractors performing work within the Estes Park town limits. Please refer to the links below to determine whether or not you need a contractor license.
There is no fee for a contractor license issued by the Town of Estes Park Division of Building Safety. However, a Town Business License may be required prior to the issuance of the contractor license.

Over the counter permits are permits that can be issued within a few business days once the application is complete. Building permits require a longer review time.

In some cases, these permits can be issued over the counter. However, depending on the complexity of the project, routing may be necessary, and the permit would not be issued the same day.
