Design Review Board

The Design Review Board (DRB) is the body for which all applications regarding work to be done on a property are processed.  The Design Review Board is made up of members appointed by the Town Trustees.  This Board reviews all plans for work to be done homes, landscape, etc.  Approval must be obtained from this Board when working on your home!

Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment (BOA) is the body for which all variances are presented, reviewed, and approved.  Once the Design Review Board has reviewed an application and has approved the progression to the Board of Adjustment, the BOA will hold a public hearing regarding the variance request.  The Board of Adjustment hears the requests at the beginning of the Town meeting.  The notice for these hearings are published in the Town Bulletin and posted with the notice of the meeting.
