Elections

On Tuesday, April 3, 2018, the Town of Bow Mar will be holding its regular Municipal Election. Statutory towns, like Bow Mar, hold their regular municipal election every two years in even years on the first Tuesday in April.  Voters will be electing a Mayor and Six Trustees to serve two-year terms. (All elected officials serve two-year terms which all expire at the same time).  This will be a mail ballot election, with ballots being mailed to all registered Bow Mar voters the week of March 12, 2018.

To be entitled to vote at all municipal elections, a person must be 18 years of age and a registered elector, a citizen of the United States, a resident of the Town and have resided in this state for twenty-two days immediately preceding the election.

At the Election, the eligible electors of the Town will vote on the following offices for two-year terms:
