Our billing cycle runs from the 15th to the 15th of each month, with billing processed on the 1st. Payments are due on the 26th of each month. A late fee of 5% is charged for unpaid balances. Your first bill will be processed on or near 2/1/2020.
If you have sewer service with the Town of Bennett, your rate is based on your average winter monthly consumption (AWMC) and is adjusted yearly. As a new resident your current sewer rate is at the average rate for all sewer customers in the Town of Bennett.
To pay your water bill you can mail your payments to Town Hall, pay them in person, pay online at www.townofbennett.org or drop your payment in the after-hours drop box located in front of Town Hall.

There is an on-line bill pay website that appears to be affiliated with the Town of Bennett, but it is not. Doxo.com is third-party website that allows people to pay their utility bills via their site. However, doxo.com may charge the customer extra fees, and the Town of Bennett cannot control when we will receive the member payments from doxo.com, possibly resulting in a late fees or even shut-off due to non-payment. To make sure you’re paying the Town of Bennett directly, visit our website, www.townofbennett.org.
As always, if you receive suspicious phone calls or emails, from someone claiming to be a representative of the Town of Bennett, requesting payment, please call us at 303-644-3249.
