High Country Auxiliary, Inc. is a non-profit 501( c )3 charitable organization.
Our Mission is to aid and support Timberline Fire Protection District, Gilpin County Animal Response Team (G.C.A.R.T.) and other emergency service organizations as deemed appropriate. This may include providing water and food at scene responses or training sessions, purchase supplies for firefighters, purchase items such as equipment outside of budgets of emergency service providers, and to provide scholarships to assist firefighters and other emergency service personnel attend classes or training classes.

March 7, 2020: Chili Dinner/Silent Auction in the Gilpin County Community Center
June 5 & 6, 2020: Flea Market at the Gilpin County Fairgrounds (cancelled)
July 2020: Pancake Breakfast at the Gilpin County Fairgrounds (cancelled)

Volunteers can’t help you if they can’t find you! Many homes in our area aren’t marked at all, or marked too poorly to be found during night hours or in bad weather. You can help get volunteers to your aid quicker while supporting your local auxiliary and departments by posting one of these signs at the entrance to your drive. Highly reflective in either day or night conditions, these signs ensure that rescue is able to find you at once! Get a sign at any High Country event, or order one by calling 612-702-9852 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Signs are $15 each, including mounting brackets, and are made on the spot for you to take home! The High Country Auxiliary and Volunteers thank you for your help.
