The State Land Board supports the goals of governmental transparency by making every effort to ensure records requests are fulfilled within the parameters of the law. In order to process accurate records requests in a timely manner, the State Land Board requires all requests be submitted in writing.
The Colorado Open Records Act is located in the Colorado Revised Statutes at 24‐72‐201 to 24‐72‐309, C.R.S.
Any information that is confidential by law or is exempt from the Colorado Open Records Act will be removed from the documents that you view.
Our office will not provide social security numbers or email addresses to the public.
Any item excluded from a CORA response will be listed on a Privilege Log provided to the requestor.
