Board Rules

The State Personnel Board will conduct a rulemaking hearing at

9:00 a.m., on Tuesday, October 17, 2017.

The rulemaking hearing will be at 1525 Sherman Street, Conference Room 104, Denver, Colorado.

The Board is exercising its rulemaking authority as granted under the Colorado Constitution, art. XII, § 13, 14 and 15, and C.R.S. § 24-50-101, et seq.  and the Notice of Rulemaking was filed with the Secretary of State on September 15, 2017.

Stakeholders are invited to review the proposed changes to Board Rules in Chapter 8 and submit written comments to the Board in accordance with the Notice of Rulemaking. Deadline for submitting feedback is 5:00 p.m., Friday, October 6, 2017.
