The Town of South Fork employs six full time employees, including the police chief and one full time police officer. In addition, there are two part-time administrative staff and two reserve police officers.  The human resources department assists in the hiring of employees, benefit administration and safety policy compliance. Full time employees are provided with health, dental, vision and life insurance. Employees are eligible to join the pre-tax Aflac plan, but premiums are the employee’s responsibility. Retirement is provided to full time employees through CCOERA, and to full-time police officers through FPPA.
