Portal Integrator Vendor Replacement

The Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA) is conducting a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select a Contractor to determine the cost to SIPA of replacing its Portal Integrator Vendor Partner whether planned (selection of a new Portal Integrator provider through SIPA’s required RFP process) or unplanned (if Colorado Interactive or its parent company NIC USA were unable to continue to provide Portal services).
