Request for Proposal

Portal Integrator Vendor Replacement

SIPA announces its intent to award a contract under its Request for Proposal SIPA 2017-02 dated December 11, 2017 for Portal Integrator Replacement Costs to Wyant Data Systems, Inc.

As provided in the RFP, the Notice of Intent to Award is subject to the execution of a written contract, and, as a result, this Notice does not constitute the formation of a contract between SIPA and the apparent successful vendor. The vendor shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights relative to the contract services until a contract containing terms and conditions acceptable to SIPA is executed.

The Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA) is conducting a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select a Contractor to determine the cost to SIPA of replacing its Portal Integrator Vendor Partner whether planned (selection of a new Portal Integrator provider through SIPA’s required RFP process) or unplanned (if Colorado Interactive or its parent company NIC USA were unable to continue to provide Portal services).
