SIPA’s Board of Directors would like to honor Commissioner Lew Gaiter for his service on the SIPA Board where he so graciously donated his time and made significant contributions because of his passion for local government and his drive to always be on the forefront of technology.  It is in his memory that we announce the availability of this grant for the 2018 Micro-Grant Award cycle. Commissioner Gaiter of Larimer County had a soul for his community and local government. He was appointed to the SIPA Board of Directors by Governor John Hickenlooper in 2015 to serve as the local government voice for the board. Lew was reappointed by the Governor in 2017 and served until his death in 2018.
