2017-18 Notice of Grant Opportunity (NOGO) 

Serve Colorado is pleased to release the 2017 Notice of Grant Opportunity (NOGO) for AmeriCorps State Targeted Priority Competitive grant cycle.  This NOGO modifies the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) 2017 AmeriCorps State and National Grants Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).  This NOGO should be used in conjunction with the Serve Colorado Application Instructions, the AmeriCorps Regulations, the CNCS Mandatory Supplemental Guidance, and the CNCS Performance Measure Instructions to complete your AmeriCorps State grant proposal for program year 2017-2018.

 Application Timeline

A completed Concept Paper is required of New and Re-compete Applicants to be eligible for this competition.  Concept Papers are due to Serve Colorado by April 3, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. MT.  Continuation Applicants do not need to submit a Concept Paper; however, written notification must be submitted to Serve if opting to request changes to their originally proposed program.  The chart below provides a summary of the key dates associated with this Notice.

March 22 – 24, 2017 Question & answer period for Applicants.
April 3, 2017 Concept Paper due to Serve Colorado for New and Recompete Applicants

In an effort to prepare all New, Re-competing, and Continuation applicants for submitting a strong application for the 2017-18 Targeted Priority Competitive Grant Opportunity for AmeriCorps State Programs, Serve Colorado requires applicants who are invited to apply to participate in three technical assistance sessions.
