    The Serve Colorado 2018-19 Colorado AmeriCorps State Planning Grant application round has passed. However, you are welcome to click here to review application materials to better understand the application process.

    Planning grants are offered when funding allows and are not guaranteed as a possiblility each year. Watch this space during the release of the next Serve Colorado Request for Applications in September, 2018 for more details.
