Throughout each fiscal year, SELC holds luncheons to provide SELC members an opportunity to network with employees from other state departments, to hear presentations on a variety of state issues, and to earn CPE credit (as noted in the schedule). Luncheons are generally held each month with a few exeptions noted below. The current schedule with the expected speakers is shown below. Please note that because of various scheduling complexitites, speakers and locations are subject to change.

For Fiscal Year 2018-19, the cost of lunch for a member is $10 and for a non-member is $15.   A Bring Your Own Lunch option is available at no cost.

Lunch check-in begins at 11:30 a.m. with lunch served at approximately 12:00 p.m.


Registration for luncheons is required.  SELC has moved to a new registration and payment platform, effective January 2018.  As a result, payment for luncheons is due at the time of registration, unless you are bringing your own lunch.  The "Bring Your Own Lunch" option is available as a selection in the registration site, and will not require payment.   

An email will be sent to all members approximately one week prior to the luncheon and will announce the luncheon details, including the registration link.  The registration link is also posted in the table below.  

Registration for each luncheon will open the 1st calendar day of the month when a luncheon is scheduled.

Please be aware that the registration for each luncheon will close one full business day prior to the luncheon date to ensure an accurate count for catering.  You must be registered no later than noon two business days before a luncheon.   Attendees that have not registered will not be provided a lunch, and are not guaranteed a seat.

The registration links provided for each luncheon will automatically direct you to the payment site.  Refunds may be requested up to two business days prior to the luncheon by emailing SELC at  Please allow 10 to 14 business days for refunds to be processed.   Please note that they payment processing site will include a transaction processing fee charged by the vendor ($.75 +2.25%).
