Board Dedicates South Manchester Park Gazebo
On Saturday, October 7, 2017, the District's Board of Directors conducted a ribbon cutting at the recently constructed gazebo in South Manchester Park, officially dedicating it to the residents of the District. The gazebo was constructed by Copestone General Contractors, Inc. at a cost of $55,785, below the $58,181 the Board had budgeted for it. The cost of the gazebo was funded by the District's Conservation Trust Fund which is funded by the District's share of distributions from the Colorado State Lottery.
