The Paint Brush Hills Metropolitan District provides water, wastewater, storm water,and parks services to the residents and property owners of the Paint Brush Hills neighborhood in Falcon, Colorado. The District, located northwest of the intersection of Meridian Road and Stapleton Road, serves approximately 750 residential properties, one school site, and a church. It operates three parks and maintains approximately eight miles of water main lines and sewer mains.
