Utilizing digital government solutions to connect citizens with Colorado government is at the heart of the partnership among Colorado Interactive (CI), the Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA) and NIC. Although new services start with SIPA, all three entities serve an instrumental role in delivering on the mission:
