Responsibilities

The Records Division is headed by the Administrative Assistant and is responsible for:

Collecting and Recording data required for:

  • Uniform Crime Reports (UCR)
  • National Incident Bases Reporting System (NIBRS)

Maintaining:

  • Case report files
  • Statistical data
  • Traffic tickets

Processing:

  • Correspondence
  • Sex offender registry

Resources

  • Obtaining Copies of Police Records
  • Local Background Checks
