24 HOURS A WEEK, MONDAY-THURSDAY 9am-3:30pm
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Administrative Assistant ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and support the work of the other staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Answering the phones and greeting the public in a professional and courteous manner.  
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
Clerical background
Comfortable in Social Media
Accounting experience
Verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, objective, consistent and analytical
Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment
Follow established guidelines, policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Post secondary education in business, computers or office management is an asset
