ColoradoVSS - Vendor Self Service

The Colorado Vendor Self Service (ColoradoVSS) website allows vendors to view, receive, and respond to solicitations online. VSS was implemented in 2014 in conjunction with CORE, the State’s financial system.  Most State agencies and many institutions of higher education post solicitations for goods and services as well as construction notices in ColoradoVSS.

Vendors can register for free, manage their account information, and review and respond to solicitations using VSS. NIGP commodity codes are used to identify products/services offered by vendors and email notifications for new solicitations are sent based on commodity codes selected. Vendor record information is verified through Dun and Bradstreet.

The VSS Help Desk is staffed by CORE Operations team members who can assist VSS users with system questions and issues. A Vendor Registration Quick Start Guide, along with other instructions and helpful tips on the ColoradoVSS home page can assist vendors with activating or registering their vendor accounts. Vendors can access these materials and go to the VSS registration page at www.colorado.gov/vss.
