    Real Estate Programs establishes policies and procedures and provides oversight for state leases and other real estate contracts for executive branch agencies and institutions of higher education.

  • Building Codes

    The Office of the State Architect is responsible for the adoption and implementation of building codes and compliance requirements for only state-owned facilities.

     

  • Construction and Design Notices

    TheOffice of the State Architect supports agencies in their construction projects. The OSA is also  required to post all professional services procurements (architect, engineer, land surveyor, landscape architect, and industrial hygienist) with fees above $100,000 and all construction procurements above $25,000.

     

  • Energy Management

    Energy management is an important function of the state and Office of the State Architect supports agencies in the design, efficient operation and upgrades to state-owned buildings.
  • State Buildings Programs

    State Buildings Programs establishes policies and procedures and provides statutory oversight of the state's capital construction process (including controlled maintenance) at each state agency and institution of higher education.
