Public Hearing Notice: Conveyance Regulations (Rescheduled)


The Division of Oil and Public Safety has received several comments regarding our proposed Conveyance Regulation updates (7 CCR 1101-8). Because of this, we have decided to cancel the public hearing that was scheduled for Wednesday, September 4, 2019, and instead, we will have another stakeholder meeting on September 18, 2019, at 9:00am at the OPS office (633 17th Street, 5th floor, Denver, Colorado.)

The latest redline version of the proposed revisions are attached below or can be reviewed on our website. Changes made since the last posting of the regulations are highlighted in yellow. 

Following the review of any further stakeholder comments that we receive, OPS will schedule a new date to hold the public hearing.
