Updated PST and LPG Regulations Take Effect May 1
The Division of Oil and Public Safety has made updates to the PST (Petroleum Storage Tank) and LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) regulations that are effective on May 1, 2017.
The key updates to these regulations are as follows:
- Adopting codes and standards incorporated by reference
- Better aligning these regulations with EPA's underground storage tank regulations
- Adopting nationally-recognized codes and standards
- Adding or clarifying duties of facility owners, delivery drivers and certain users
