Court Link is currently available for non Workers' Compensation (General Services) ONLY. We will update this page when the Workers' Comp Court Link is active.
Court Link is the OAC's new integrated electronic filing and case management system. There are two ways to use Court Link. One is to establish a user account in the Court Link Community (Click here to request a log on) the other is to go to one of the Court Link Form pages. If you create an account in the Community, you will be able to file new case documents, motions and other forms. In addition, you can view documents entered in your case whether by you, opposing counsel or the court. You can see who the parties to the case are and what activity has taken place. If you do not want to establish a Community account you can still access forms to submit motions, hearing cancellation or new cases by visiting one of the new Court Link Forms pages. We have also prepared a user guide to help you along the way (scroll down to locate the PDF document).
The OAC also provides templates for various pleadings and forms in Word format. These include Subpoena and Pleading templates.
