Teacher / Specialized Service Provider Induction

Mountain BOCES hosts a one year induction program for teachers and special services professionals. All resources and coursework is online at https://onlinelearning.enetcolorado.org beginning with an Orientation in August.

 
Recognizing that teachers and special services professionals requiring Induction have diverse needs for support, the Mountain BOCES induction program relies on the building principal and mentor/inductee relationship for the development of a meaningful, personalized program based on the individual candidate needs.
 
Mentors must be Mountain BOCES certified, or concurrently enrolled in mentor training or submit evidence of other mentor certification. All Mentors will be guided throughout the Induction year and submit monthly reports indicating which Quality Standards were discussed, providing actionable feedback to Inductees.
 
First year and new to building Inductees follow a different Induction year path than Inductees with experience in their field and building ot district.
 
Program cost beginning 2018-2019 school year:  
$175 member districts teachers and specialized service professionals
$200 non-member district teachers and specialized service professionals
