Free Dental Care - Greeley, CO - Nov 2 & 3, 2018

Free Dental Care! The Colorado Mission of Mercy (COMOM) will be holding its free clinic in Greeley, CO at the Event Center at Island Grove Regional Park, 501 N 14th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631 on Friday, November 2 and Saturday, November 3, 2018.  Clinic doors open at 6:00 a.m.

COMOM is a large-scale dental clinic in which dental services are provided at no cost for individuals who cannot afford dental care.

Come early! First come - first served. No appointments. Capacity is reached early in the day. Approximately 800 patients will be seen each day at the dental clinic. Warm, inside shelter is available while waiting. Wait times can be very long, so bring books, magazine, puzzles, knitting, etc. to help pass the time as well as snacks and water.

Dental services provided at COMOM include cleanings, fillings, root canal treatments, and extractions.  COMOM is NOT able to provide patients with extractions of wisdom teeth, tooth implants, nor root canal treatment of molars. Flu shots are offered to patients and to family and friends who are with patients.  Blood pressure testing and glucose testing will be performed on patients who have a history of diabetes to make sure levels are not too high. In the event that blood pressure and/or glucose levels are too high, those patients will not be able to receive treatment.

Children and infants are welcome at COMOM to receive dental care and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or other adult if their parent/guardian is also receiving treatment.

Upon completing your dental care, you will be asked to participate in an exit interview.
