PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Mineral County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 to review amendments to the Mineral County Zoning Regulations. Specific changes affect Article 6.2.2C and Article 12 (definition of Utility Installation).   The public hearing will begin at 5:30 pm and will be held in the Commissioner's meeting room in the Mineral County Courthouse at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO  81130.   A copy of the Draft Amended Zoning Regulations can be viewed at the County Administrator’s office at 1201 N Main, Creede, CO.   Written comments can be sent via email to countyadmin@mincocolo.com or mailed to the attention of the County Administrator at PO Box 70, Creede, CO  81130.  Comments need to be received by EOB on Monday, March 8, 2021.
