About Electronic Filing (e-Recording)


Electronic filing (e-recording) is an alternate way you may choose to record documents pertaining to real property. You may either create your own in-house software to submit directly to Mineral County’s LED’s recording system or you may utilize one of the submission software vendors already set up to record in Mineral County.

 

Release Deeds of Trust


Currently, Release Deeds of Trust may be submitted electronically using the Mineral County Public Trustee’s system. Contact the Public Trustee's Office for more information (719) 658-2325.
 

Note


C.R.S. 38-39-109(1)(a) requires Release Deeds of Trust documents be returned to the original grantor (owner / borrower).
