Office of eHealth Innovation

The Office of eHealth Innovation works to accelerate technology-driven health transformation and to expand the use of Health IT in Colorado by aligning public and private initiatives; by establishing an open and transparent statewide collaborative effort to develop common policies, procedures and technology approaches; by promoting and advancing data sharing; by supporting health innovation and transformation; and by promoting the meaningful use of Health IT.  The Office of eHealth Innovation leads the eHealth Commission and serves as a central point to coordinate and distribute funding of Colorado Health IT priorities. In 2017, the State’s first Health IT Roadmap was developed by the Office of eHealth Innovation and the eHealth Commission serves as the Health IT Roadmap Steering Committee.
