TV Translator FCC Mandated TV Spectrum Repack

Starting the week of November 26, 2018 and continuing through December, Logan County TV Translator viewers watching signals from the Sterling and Peetz towers may notice service interruptions on various channels.  This is due to the FCC mandated TV spectrum repack which requires moving some of the channels at Sterling to lower channel numbers.  These changes will affect and limit some of the programing options available to viewers at times, but every effort is being made to keep the main Denver networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX) on the air at all times.  Viewers who watch the Sterling tower will likely need to rescan TVs and receivers to pick up changes being made but shouldn’t need to do this more than once a day or so. The following TV translators will change channels no later than November 30, 2018: K44FL-D channel 44 will move to channel 19, K46CY-D channel 46 will move to channel 33, K47NQ-D channel 47 will move to channel 34, K48DQ-D channel 48 will move to channel 36, K49MF-D channel 49 will move to channel 15, and K50EE-D channel 50 will move to channel 17.
