Water and Sewer Bills
Water bills were mailed on January 3rd and are due January 31st
You may have noticed an increase in your sewer bill. Prior to this bill, an error in our billing software was causing customers with a multiplier to be under billed. Multipliers are used for customers with more than one unit connected to one tap. Hotels or motels, mixed commercial and residential, and duplexes are examples of customers that may have a multiplier. The multiplier is applied to the base rate only, and not to the actual water usage.
We will not be billing retroactively.
Your average sewer bill may have increased by 70% or higher. If you need more time to pay this bill please contact the utility billing clerk at 303-567-4421 x 113 to arrange a payment plan.
